About the role
AAK BD Foods are seeking a Customer Service Assistant, an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their skills. You will receive full training in all relevant areas and will provide support and assistance on a variety of administrative tasks within the department.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage customer service inboxes.
- Process new orders accurately and efficiently.
- Upload transport data into the system.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct checks on orders and transportation details to ensure they are correct.
- Check deliveries have been made as required and upload invoices to the relevant platform.
- Provide reception duties as required i.e. Phone and door.
- Coordinate and liaise internally and externally with Transport & Planning teams.
