The Role
We are looking for a Technical Co-Founder to own everything product and engineering. You will be an equal partner in building Aaina from the ground up, working directly with me to get us to our first users and beyond. This is not a hired hand role. You will have real ownership, real decision making power, and the ability to shape what Aaina becomes.
What You Will Work On:
- Building and shipping the AAINA mobile app (iOS and Android)
- Architecting a video feed with swipe-based itinerary building
- Building the personalisation engine that learns user preferences over time
- Integrating third party booking APIs for flights, hotels, and experiences
- Setting up backend infrastructure that scales as we grow
What I Am Looking For:
- Strong experience in full stack mobile development
- Comfortable owning both frontend and backend
- Experience building consumer apps, especially anything with social or video features
- Someone who moves fast, ships early, and iterates based on user feedback
- Genuine passion for travel is a plus
