Delivering the Pharma Services strategy across contracted, key pharmaceutical manufacturer accounts; developing strategies for growth and building strong relationships that maximise future opportunities.
Accountabilities
- Managing the commercial trading performance of strategic manufacturer accounts to drive value and growth.
- Retention of the strategic manufacturer accounts through the development and implementation of solutions to support their business objectives and grow AAH's share of all potential revenue opportunities.
- Strong client management, complemented by a high degree of commercial acumen, influencing skills and project management capabilities.
- Leading cross functional teams without direct line management authority.
- Inputting into the commercial strategy for the Pharma Services directorate by identifying new opportunities to grow the business; removing internal and external barriers to achieve successful outcomes.
- Deliver on the contractual requirements of each pharmaceutical manufacturer to ensure the delivery of key client requirements and contractual KPI's.
- Promote and sell Pharma Services propositions through joint business planning.
- Understand all elements of our proposition offerings and align to manufacturer clients' needs to support their business objectives.

About You
- 5 years' experience in a healthcare organisation such as the NHS, a healthcare provider or pharmaceutical company OR Degree with 5 years experience in a commercial/sales or customer/supplier facing role in the private sector.
- Experience in sales or account management, project management qualifications.
