We are looking for a proactive and efficient Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to carry out maintenance and repair work as required, supporting continuous improvement processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out maintenance and repair work on conveyance systems and support site facilities and services.
  • Lead by example, working within time frames and continuously seeking ways to improve processes and methods.
  • Support a continuous improvement process across the site.

Qualifications:

  • Recognised engineering apprenticeship (Level 3 or equivalent).
  • Background in distribution (Supply Chain), manufacturing, pharmaceutical or FMCG.
  • Competent both mechanically and electrically to maintain conveying systems.
  • A foundational understanding of engineering principles.

Salary and Shift:

  • Competitive salary + shift allowance + £4000 London allowance.
  • Rotational 3‑shift pattern: Monday to Friday with one in three Sundays.
