About The Role internal customers and external service providers.

They will have experience of working with internal and external stakeholders, be highly organised anda clear and confident communicator.

This is a highly varied role which contributes to many facets of the Generics Sourcing Team.

Key accountabilities are as follows:.

  • Accountabilities
  • Collate output from the tender platforms and ensure fit with our current pricing processes
  • Tracking and chasing individual supplier responses
  • Separate pricing queries and challenges sent to each and managing the responses
  • Building RFPs in the Monthly Tender platform
  • Maintaining supplier data base within bidding platform
  • Update and maintain master pricing file
  • Monthly pricing system checks General Administration
  • Collation and distribution of all data required by the Finance Team to enable the compilation of performancereports
  • Distribution of Legal and Quality related documents to Own Label suppliers and expediting their completionand return.
  • Ensure Pricing and Forecasting spreadsheets are completed by the Buyers and uploaded onto the sharedsystems in accordance with pre-determined timelines
  • Management of the Own Label forecasting spreadsheet to monitor performance against pre-determinedtargets.
  • Supplier liaison in relation to product information gathering and pricing challenges.
  • Daily receipt reports
  • Monitor teams group email inbox.
