In the last 2 years, our company has grown by a third in terms of employees and currently has over £800 million in FUM (Funds Under Management). As well as offering a holistic approach to Wealth Management to our clients, we have a Financial Education division to our company as well as a Mortgages team who offer first class service to our clients.
The Role – Associate Wealth Manager
Looking to take your career in wealth management to the next level? AAG's Associate Wealth Manager programme could be the perfect fit for you! We’re looking for candidates who have an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for helping people and at least two years of relevant experience, along with at least 2 exams toward their diploma in wealth management.
If this sounds like you, apply now to turbo boost your career and become a Chartered Financial Planner over the coming 18 months. You will be working alongside a Senior Wealth Manager and their growing team, whilst continuing the path of becoming a fully qualified Wealth Manager with the aid of our robust Training and Development programme.
Duties include but are not exclusive to:
- Attend Client Meetings with Wealth Managers
- Manage Action Points from Client Meetings
- Carry Forward, Annual Allowance, Lifetime Allowance Calculations
- Investment analysis
- Preparation of detailed cash-flow modelling
- Respond to Client Inquiries (Technical and administrative)
- Identify Opportunities and Referrals from Existing Clients
- Managing workflow through Salesforce and Business Trackers
The Person
This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit an entrepreneurial, confident, motivated, highly organised, and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative. You will have relevant experience working in a Wealth Management environment and at least two RO exams passed.
A high level of detail is a must as well as strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating a professional, proactive and positive ‘can do’ attitude.
