We are looking for ambitious graduates who are committed to building a long-term career as a Financial Adviser. Our structured graduate programme is designed to take you from entry level to diploma qualified within a two-year period. Throughout the programme, you will receive comprehensive support, including sponsorship and guidance for all required professional exams, alongside hands-on, on-the-job training. You’ll gain practical experience and increasing client exposure at a pace aligned with your development, ensuring you build both the technical knowledge and real-world skills needed to succeed in the role.

Programme Structure
The programme is delivered in three key phases, designed to progressively develop your knowledge, skills, and client-facing capabilities.
- Phase 1: Graduate Trainee (Entry Level / Client Service Associate)
- In the initial stage, you will build strong administrative and operational foundations while supporting the wider team. Core responsibilities will include:
- Updating and maintaining client Confidential Financial Reviews
- Driving the turnaround on client Letters of Authority
- Producing client facing documentation
- Assisting with pipeline reviews
- Overseeing incoming client funds
- Actioning client transactions and issuing client correspondence
- Managing workflow through Salesforce and business trackers
- Coordinating outsourced administration for great client outcomes
- Phase 2: Associate Wealth Manager
- As you progress, you will move into a more client-focused Associate role with increased responsibility. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Attending client meetings alongside Wealth Managers
- Managing and delivering on actions arising from client meetings
- Performing financial calculations, including carry forward, annual allowance, and lifetime allowance
- Supporting investment analysis
- Preparing detailed cash-flow modelling
- Carry out initial quality checking reviews of client documentation
- Driving pipeline
- Responding to client enquiries (technical and administrative)
- Identifying opportunities and referrals from existing clients
- Managing workflow through Salesforce and business trackers
- Phase 3: AAG Wealth Management Training Program
- Upon successful completion of Phase 2, you will have the opportunity to apply internally for AAG's Wealth Manager Training Programme - the proven pathway through which the majority of our current advisers have qualified. Building on the technical expertise and client-facing experience developed throughout Phases 1 and 2, this structured programme is designed to transition you from Associate to a fully Appointed Wealth Manager at AAG, with the support, mentorship, and development framework that has consistently produced successful advisers across our business.
What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of a 2:1 degree in any discipline (Business Studies, Economics, Accounting or similar preferred)
- A demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in wealth management/financial advice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
