We are currently recruiting for a LEV Service Engineer to join our existing IAQ team within our Power & Industrial (P&I) division. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting customers with parts, services, upgrades and technical solutions. This role focuses on driving revenue, margin improvement and customer retention through proactive field sales activities, technical expertise and close collaboration with sales, product and operations teams.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Perform servicing, maintenance and repairs on dust extraction, fume extraction and filtration systems.
  • Diagnose faults and carry out corrective actions.
  • Carrying out thorough examination and testing of LEV systems in accordance with industry regulations.
  • Conduct airflow measurements, static pressure testing and system performance assessments.
  • Produce detailed technical reports and compliance documentation.
  • Advise clients on remedial actions and system improvements.
  • Provide technical support to customers and internal teams.
  • Identify and develop revenue opportunities within the installed customer base, including proactive upselling of maintenance programs and lifecycle extension services.
  • Prepare and submit activity reports to Sales Management, providing clear visibility into progress, priorities and key developments.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions and networking events to build brand presence within key industrial sectors.

Person Specification:

Education, Qualifications and Affiliations:

  • A recognised qualification in a Sales, Engineering or Business-related discipline.

Experience:

  • Demonstratable experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
  • Experience of carrying out fieldwork remotely and to deadlines.
  • A proven ability to conduct site surveys, read technical drawings and understand airflow/pressure dynamics.
  • Experience using airflow testing and measurement equipment.
  • A good track record of acquiring and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to share skills and knowledge with others.
  • Understanding/Awareness COSHH regulations and HSG258.
  • Ability to manage multiple commercial opportunities / tasks efficiently.

Licenses or Certifications:

  • Full driving license.
  • Full valid passport.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
  • BOHS P601 (Thorough Examination and Testing of Local Exhaust Ventilation Systems).
  • CSCS Card/ CCNSG Passport to Safety.
  • IPAF (3a/3b).
