We currently have an opening for a Projects Coordinator (6-month FTC) to join our team.
THE ROLE
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Projects Coordinator to support on HR and Recruitment projects across a suite of different elements of the colleague life cycle. A key part of the role will be recruitment-related projects across early careers (graduate recruitment) and senior-level hiring. This role is project-driven, focusing on the planning, coordination, and delivery of key talent acquisition initiatives. You will manage timelines, stakeholder and candidate communications, and process improvements to ensure recruitment campaigns are delivered efficiently, aligned with strategic goals, and provide an exceptional candidate experience. Working closely with the wider AAB teams, you will play a critical role in driving forward AAB’s talent attraction efforts.
Early Careers
- Play a pivotal role in supporting our graduate recruitment campaign.
- Work closely with business units to define role requirements and create job descriptions.
- Advertise graduate requirements.
- Liaise with Marketing to ensure the website is up to date including applications and sign-ups to open evenings.
- Coordinate graduate and intern recruitment campaigns, including scheduling interviews, assessment centres, and managing candidate communication.
- Support in the coordination of university engagement initiatives (e.g., career fairs, campus events and AAB open events).
- Develop and prepare promotional materials and presentations for early careers initiatives.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems, managing candidates through application process and psychometric assessment to provide timely reporting on campaign performance and candidate progress.
- Prepare interview packs for hiring teams.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, liaising with interviewers and candidates to ensure a smooth process.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, people and culture and wider recruitment teams to create engaging content, campaigns, and experiences that resonate with potential candidates.
Senior Recruitment
- Provide administrative and project support for experienced and senior-level recruitment processes.
- Supporting sourcing & outreach activity via LinkedIn for senior hires.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the HR System with accurate candidate data.
- Prepare recruitment-related reports and analytics via Excel.
- Maintain a positive, premium senior hire candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruitment managers to support any other administrative recruitment activities.
Experience And Skill Set Required For The Role
- Proven experience in high-volume administrative, operational, or coordination roles.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing documentation, tracking progress, and following up on deliverables.
- Experience coordinating logistics across departments or teams (e.g., scheduling, onboarding processes, event planning, or vendor management).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with candidates.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities.
- Familiarity with digital recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems, and social media platforms is beneficial.
