Role Purpose

  • Preparation of management reports
  • Statutory reporting and review
  • Building client relationships
  • Audit liaison
  • Cashflow and forecast modelling
  • Be a key part of one-off projects at the request of the client
  • Manage resource requirements for yourself and juniors ensuring that the team has the support and skills to ensure an unrivalled client experience
  • Mentor, motivate and coach junior members of the team, aiding development of both technical and client management skills and identifying any training needs
  • Build strong and credible relationships to understand the clients’ priorities at your peer level
  • Collaborate effectively, embrace diverse perspectives and work holistically with stakeholders including different business areas, the wider professional network, and the community
  • Develop a detailed knowledge of AAB’s specialist services and actively identify opportunities for business development in response to our clients' needs

Experience & Qualifications

  • Fully qualified with experience of working within practice or industry
  • A problem solver, bringing solutions, making recommendations, and driving implementation of agreed approach
  • Team player with the necessary interpersonal skills to build professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Competent using Excel and Word
  • Comfortable working in a high growth, fast paced environment
