Role Purpose
- Preparation of management reports
- Statutory reporting and review
- Building client relationships
- Audit liaison
- Cashflow and forecast modelling
- Be a key part of one-off projects at the request of the client
- Manage resource requirements for yourself and juniors ensuring that the team has the support and skills to ensure an unrivalled client experience
- Mentor, motivate and coach junior members of the team, aiding development of both technical and client management skills and identifying any training needs
- Build strong and credible relationships to understand the clients’ priorities at your peer level
- Collaborate effectively, embrace diverse perspectives and work holistically with stakeholders including different business areas, the wider professional network, and the community
- Develop a detailed knowledge of AAB’s specialist services and actively identify opportunities for business development in response to our clients' needs
Experience & Qualifications
- Fully qualified with experience of working within practice or industry
- A problem solver, bringing solutions, making recommendations, and driving implementation of agreed approach
- Team player with the necessary interpersonal skills to build professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Competent using Excel and Word
- Comfortable working in a high growth, fast paced environment
