Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver change management strategies and plans aligned with transformation objectives.
  • Identify risks, resistance points and readiness gaps; implement targeted mitigations.
  • Partner with project teams and internal comms to integrate change and communication plans.
  • Engage stakeholders at all levels to build understanding, ownership and advocacy.
  • Create compelling narratives and communication assets using visual and digital tools.
  • Assess change impacts and organisational readiness, reporting progress and adoption rates.
  • Design and coordinate training and capability-building interventions with IT & P&C.
  • Measure and track change success, ensuring initiatives are embedded and sustained.
  • Apply agile and adaptive approaches, refining plans based on feedback and data.
  • Collaborate across business, IT and HR to ensure alignment and cohesive delivery.
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseKey Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience delivering structured change in complex transformation environments.
  • Knowledge of change management frameworks (Prosci, APMG, ADKAR, Kotter, etc.).
  • Familiarity with project methodologies such as MSP, Agile or Prince2.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, communication and facilitation.
  • Strong written, visual and digital communication skills.
  • Proficient in creative tools (Canva, Adobe InDesign, PowerPoint, video editing).
  • Analytical mindset with ability to measure adoption and impact.
  • High emotional intelligence, adaptability and resilience.
  • Confident working across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholder groups.
