ROLE PURPOSE

  • Manage and monitor the Resourcing inbox, responding to queries and escalating where appropriate
  • Assist with scheduling teams to meet client work requirements and deadlines
  • Maintain and update resourcing plans and schedules accurately
  • Support the coordination of workloads across teams to ensure optimal utilisation
  • Prepare and assist with reports on resourcing, capacity, and project status
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the Resourcing Manager
  • Liaise with internal teams to gather information and ensure smooth communication
  • Handle ad hoc tasks and requests as required
