ROLE PURPOSE
- Manage and monitor the Resourcing inbox, responding to queries and escalating where appropriate
- Assist with scheduling teams to meet client work requirements and deadlines
- Maintain and update resourcing plans and schedules accurately
- Support the coordination of workloads across teams to ensure optimal utilisation
- Prepare and assist with reports on resourcing, capacity, and project status
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the Resourcing Manager
- Liaise with internal teams to gather information and ensure smooth communication
- Handle ad hoc tasks and requests as required

- Skills & Experience:
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and email systems
