ROLE PURPOSE

  • Managing a portfolio of clients with a proactive, high quality service
  • Coaching team members on the job, providing constructive feedback and supporting team members with their development
  • Effectively communicate with clients and the team
  • Ensuring engagements are completed within agreed budgets and identifying areas of overrun
  • Reviewing work prepared by other members of the team, ensuring that the firm’s quality control procedures and professional standards are adhered to
  • Identifying technical issues through the audit work and identifying potential solutions
  • Participating in tenders/proposals for new work as required
  • Take responsibility for own personal development
  • To work as part of the management team and lead initiatives as required

Experience & qualifications

  • Professional qualification (CA, ACCA)
  • Experience of managing a client portfolio
  • Experience of coaching and mentoring colleagues
