ROLE PURPOSE

  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and primary contact for clients
  • Demonstrate a client first attitude, always seeking the best outcome for clients through delivery of high-quality advice
  • Be an ambassador for the firm, developing your network both internally and externally, creating opportunities for referrals
  • Drive business growth and revenue in line with firm strategy and objectives
  • Work in an agile way to manage priorities, and ensure timely delivery for clients
  • Adhere to regulatory obligations for role, consistently meeting requirements under risk-based monitoring metrics
  • Support and develop the AAB Wealth team by sharing knowledge
  • Work collaboratively across the team, taking ownership for efficient delivery of client work
  • Fully engage with AAB Wealth systems, processes and procedures ensuring consistent outcomes for clients
  • Always display the highest levels of conduct and integrity
  • Identify needs and introduce wider AAB Group services to clients

Experience & qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or level 4 equivalent) as a minimum.
  • CII Advanced Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or level 6 equivalent) preferred

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience gained in a similar role
  • Previous experience in financial services, operations and technical roles
  • Proven track record building client relationships

KNOWLEDGE

  • Solid knowledge of the financial planning process and solutions
  • Solid understanding of the regulatory obligations of financial planners and financial planning firms

  • Ability to work on a wide range of client cases simultaneously, delivering to deadlines
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Ability to identify improvements and communicate solutions
