ROLE PURPOSE
- High-quality document production including letters, reports, proposals, slide decks, file notes and mail merges using all MS Office packages.
- Ensure document content is accurate, error free and align with our brand guidelines to meet quality standards.
- Type-sign financial statements and issue for signing via Docusign.
- Perform Anti-money Laundering Checks as part of our interim client onboarding process for acquired entities.
- Front of House cover including dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, client welcoming and refreshments.
- Ad hoc diary management and co-ordination of internal meetings.
- Accurate and timely transcription of audio dictation to meet agreed deadlines (occasional).
- Assist other members of the Operational Support Team in ad hoc projects or new initiatives being rolled out along with any other duties requested to maximise efficiencies.
- Assist with group and/or Business Unit with ad hoc administration and data entry as and when required.
Experience & Qualifications
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is essential; working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Teams is desirable.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure, manage competing priorities, and consistently meet deadlines.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring work is completed to a consistently high standard.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Role Requirements
- Experience in an office environment administration/support role with document processing is essential.
- An understanding of a professional services organisation is advantageous.
- A proactive and positive attitude to problem solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
