Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver change management strategies and plans aligned with transformation objectives.
- Identify risks, resistance points and readiness gaps; implement targeted mitigations.
- Partner with project teams and internal comms to integrate change and communication plans.
- Engage stakeholders at all levels to build understanding, ownership and advocacy.
- Create compelling narratives and communication assets using visual and digital tools.
- Assess change impacts and organisational readiness, reporting progress and adoption rates.
- Design and coordinate training and capability-building interventions with IT & P&C.
- Measure and track change success, ensuring initiatives are embedded and sustained.
- Apply agile and adaptive approaches, refining plans based on feedback and data.
- Collaborate across business, IT and HR to ensure alignment and cohesive delivery.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven experience delivering structured change in complex transformation environments.
- Knowledge of change management frameworks (Prosci, APMG, ADKAR, Kotter, etc.).
- Familiarity with project methodologies such as MSP, Agile or Prince2.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, communication and facilitation.
- Strong written, visual and digital communication skills.
- Proficient in creative tools (Canva, Adobe InDesign, PowerPoint, video editing).
- Analytical mindset with ability to measure adoption and impact.
- High emotional intelligence, adaptability and resilience.
- Confident working across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholder groups.
