Role Purpose

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of all cash collection activities via telephone, email and letter
  • Chase payments in a proactive and professional manner
  • Prioritise calls to maximise collection on largest and oldest debts
  • Maintain diary with next step actions
  • Liaise with clients to resolve disputes and negotiate payment plans as appropriate
  • Build relationships with Business Units to ensure queries are resolved promptly and accounts placed on hold in line with company policy
  • Maintain up to date contact details and accurate records of communications with clients
