Programme Manager is responsible for the co‐ordination and end‐to‐end delivery of assigned projects within the ITO. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget, while adhering to governance standards and contributing to broader transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the definition of project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate cross‐functional teams and manage project interdependencies.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and updates for governance meetings.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
  • Support the development and standardisation of project management best practices within the ITO.
  • Ensure compliance with governance structures and organisational policies.
