AAB group is seeking a Senior HR Consultant to join our People Consulting team in Belfast.

This role offers permanent employment and a flexible schedule (minimum 4 days per week).

The successful candidate will provide strategic HR advice, support client relationships, and help shape HR policies and processes across varied sectors.
