We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Delivery Lead to oversee the execution and delivery of technology-driven projects for Valuation & Advisory. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient, predictable, and high-quality delivery of both large-scale transformation programs and smaller, business-critical technology initiatives. The Delivery Lead will work closely with Project Managers, Solution Architects, Solution/Product Owners, and Engineering Teams to manage delivery execution, coordinate sprints, and streamline collaboration across global teams.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in agile delivery, familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies, and a proactive mindset to continuously improve delivery processes through automation, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate technology project delivery, ensuring milestones and sprint goals are achieved.
- Manage sprint ceremonies (planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives) and ensure agile principles are consistently applied.
- Track progress across multiple initiatives, identify dependencies, and remove blockers to maintain delivery velocity.
- Collaborate with global peers and partners to ensure consistent practices, shared learnings, and aligned timelines.
- Partner with Project Managers to align project execution with global strategies and timelines.
- Work closely with Solution Architects to ensure technical solutions are implemented efficiently and aligned with design intent.
- Support Solution/Product Owners in backlog refinement and prioritization to maintain a clear and achievable sprint pipeline.
- Communicate delivery updates, risks, and dependencies to the Head of Technology and other stakeholders with transparency and clarity.
- Leverage AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Microsoft Fabric, or other enterprise AI systems) to optimize delivery workflows, reporting, and team collaboration.
- Identify opportunities where AI and data‑driven insights can improve execution efficiency, quality, or predictability.
- Offer guidance to teams on how to integrate AI solutions into day‑to‑day delivery practices (e.g., documentation generation, sprint analytics, risk prediction, or workload optimization).
- Partner with the Head of Technology and global peers to pilot and scale AI‑enabled improvements in delivery operations.
- Ensure delivery practices adhere to governance frameworks, quality standards, and security policies.
- Track delivery metrics (velocity, throughput, quality, etc.) and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend automation or AI‑based enhancements to increase efficiency.
- Contribute to developing global delivery playbooks, best practices, and knowledge repositories.
- Support and mentor regional scrum masters, project leads, and delivery teams to strengthen agile maturity.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation across delivery teams.
- Promote experimentation and adoption of emerging tools that improve team productivity and collaboration.
- 8–10 years of experience in technology delivery, agile project execution, or software development leadership roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent technology projects of varying scale and complexity.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Hybrid delivery frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent tools.
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar).
- Experience in identifying and implementing AI‑driven process improvements within technology or delivery teams.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of modern software delivery practices, including DevOps and CI/CD.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or Agile Coach certification preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Comfortable leading distributed teams and working across global time zones.
- Passion for emerging technologies and continuous improvement.
- Collaborative, proactive, and detail‑oriented, with a focus on execution excellence.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role. The compensation for the position is: $ 103,955.00 - $122,300.00.
