Overview
AAA Life Insurance is hiring licensed Life Insurance Sales Agents! The Life Sales Agent is responsible for selling AAA Life Insurance products in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment. They explain product features and benefits to potential customers to promote and sell various insurance products, aiming to meet specific sales targets. The role involves providing services in accordance with all applicable rules (underwriting, business procedures, etc.) and performing follow-up to ensure the successful placement of written business.
Responsibilities
- Promote the sale of AAA Life Insurance products in a call-center environment. Recognize and promote cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to achieve sales goals.
- Complete appropriate applications and forms, following internal processing procedures to ensure transactions comply with company policies.
- Provide advanced technical and product information in response to customer inquiries to meet quality and sales objectives, promoting all AAA Life products.
- Achieve established sales goals and other performance expectations as set by management.
- Complete training related to all AAA Life products and services.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales and/or customer service experience; experience in insurance and/or financial services preferred.
- Current license to sell life insurance.
- Proven ability to provide high levels of customer service.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and web-related products.
- Ability to input information efficiently using a PC keyboard.
- Skill in managing and navigating multiple sources of information.
- Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
