We are seeking 10 experienced and commercially driven Senior Prime Brokerage Sales professionals to join a London-based platform. The role focuses on expanding and managing institutional client relationships across multiple asset classes, with particular strength in fixed income, interest rates, and options. The successful candidate will play a key role in client acquisition, revenue generation, and solution-driven sales, working closely with internal trading, legal, compliance, and operations teams to deliver a high-quality prime brokerage offering.
Responsibilities
- Originate and develop new prime brokerage client relationships, with a focus on family offices, corporate treasuries, asset managers, hedge funds, and professional trading firms.
- Drive revenue growth by delivering tailored multi-asset prime brokerage solutions, particularly across bonds, interest rates, and options.
- Act as a trusted, consultative partner to clients, maintaining a strong understanding of their trading, financing, and operational needs.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient onboarding, ongoing servicing, and issue resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market structure, regulatory requirements, and clearing/settlement frameworks relevant to prime brokerage.
- Represent the platform at client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the prime brokerage product suite and client strategy.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in prime brokerage sales, with a demonstrated track record of new client acquisition and relationship management.
- Strong multi-asset knowledge, ideally covering fixed income, interest rates, and options.
- Established network across institutional and professional investors, including family offices, treasuries, asset managers, and active trading accounts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage credibly with senior decision-makers.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable operating in a performance-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of prime brokerage mechanics, including financing, margining, clearing, settlement, and regulatory considerations.
