- What You’ll Do
- Collaborate closely with the trading and research teams on index strategies across US, EMEA, and Asia.
- Conduct primary research using company filings and shareholding data to predict index events and rebalances.
- Analyze and interpret index methodologies to identify trends, signals, and opportunities.
- Generate actionable research insights that contribute to the team's overall investment strategies.
- What We’re Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in research or quantitative analysis, ideally within an index rebalancing environment.
- Proven ability to work with company filings, key information documents, and corporate data.
- Strong understanding of equity index methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and programming skills with proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel.
