The HR Coordinator is responsible for administrative and generalist advisory support to ensure compliance with HR services, policies and processes across the employee journey.
- Support and administration of key HR processes and adherence to policy including New Starts, Probation, Learning and Development and Leavers
- Participation and coordination of HR Inductions, CEO Sessions and Events to ensure new employees have best in class onboarding and employee experience
- Running Exit Interviews to gain insights into employee experience
- Preparation of contractual paperwork for all UK business units including ensuring all correct pre-employment checks and outstanding paperwork is complete in timely manner
- Primary responder to internal and external HR related queries or requests, with the support from the HR Advisors
- Maintenance of accurate and up to date personnel records within the HR system
- Assist with specific HR projects and initiatives that provide functional support for business imperatives
- Collation of data for HR People Reports
- Understand and be able to provide clear and concise guidance on company policies, procedures, custom and practice
