The role involves delivering holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning, with a strong focus on long-term client relationships and service.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop an existing portfolio of clients
- Build long-term relationships through regular reviews and ongoing support
- Provide regulated advice across pensions, investments, and protection
- Identify and generate new business through referrals and networking
- Work closely with paraplanning and administrative teams
- Ensure high standards of compliance and documentation
- Contribute to the continued growth of the business
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Financial Adviser
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Solid knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection
- Ability to manage client relationships independently
- Professional, organised, and client-focused
- Chartered status or working towards it
- Experience within an independent financial planning firm
