Our Client is searching for a Compensation and Benefits Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the compensation and benefits programs for the Region. You will develop, implement, and maintain competitive compensation and benefits structures which align with Group Total Reward strategy, Regional demands and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compensation Strategy: Develop and implement compensation strategies that attract, retain, and motivate employees while ensuring compliance with Group Policy, internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
- Grading and Job Evaluation: Lead grading and job evaluation processes within the Region to ensure roles are appropriately classified and compensated.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to ensure our compensation and benefits packages are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Compliance: Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with Regional/Local employment laws and regulations.
- Budget Management: Manage the compensation and benefits budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial goals.
- Employee Communication: Develop and deliver clear communication strategies to inform employees about compensation and benefits programs.
- Performance Management: Collaborate with the HR team to integrate compensation and benefits with performance management systems as required.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and present regular reports on compensation and benefits metrics to senior management and Group Compensation and Benefits.
- Global Collaboration: Work closely with Global Compensation and Benefits Teams to ensure alignment with global strategy, policies and practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Compensation and Benefits Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Region employment laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (SAP Success Factors desirable) and other relevant software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field – Desirable
- Professional certification (e.g., CIPD, CCP) – Desirable
