Stores/Warehouse Assistant (Full Time)

Ensure all plant and equipment issued for work is certified and all relevant documentation is on EasyBOP and provided to the supervisor;

Arrange servicing of plant and equipment;

Manage external plant hire requirements;

Place purchase orders for plant and materials as requested;

Provide assistance to the Stores Manager when required;

Inspect fleet vehicles and arrange vehicle servicing and MOTs;

Keep stores clean, tidy and organised;

Open/lock up the yard when required;

Other ad-hoc duties

Knowledge of health & safety requirements

Good PC skills including Microsoft Office

Time management and a team player

Excellent Communication skills, both written and oral at all levels

Able to drive and has a full clean driving licence

A flexible approach to working with the ability to work reliably as well as being self motivated.
