Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a support analyst
- Experience with AD, VOIP, O365
- Support experience with Windows 10
- Knowledge of Office 2016
- Experience with Skype for Business
- SCCM deployment experience
- Excellent communication skills, able to effectively communicate with both technical and business-focused individuals
