We are seeking a professional HGV Class 2 Driver to join our logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating an 8 wheel tipper to deliver goods to different areas. Responsibilities:
- Safely operate an 8 wheel tipper lorry to transport goods to various locations within the UK.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time, maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any issues promptly.
- Secure loads properly using appropriate restraints to prevent movement during transit.
- Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies during driving and delivery operations.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs in accordance with legal requirements.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods when necessary, ensuring proper handling procedures are followed.
