A&A Legacy Travel is recruiting self-employed travel consultants to work under our ABTA & ATOL-protected framework.
This opportunity is designed for those seeking flexibility, independence, and commission-based earnings.

A&A Legacy Travel is a serious, fully licensed independent travel agency.
This is not an MLM, referral, or network-marketing opportunity.
All consultants operate within a professional, ABTA-protected environment using approved supplier systems and booking procedures.

What You’ll Do
- Build and nurture your own client base (family, friends, referrals, social media, etc.).
- Research, plan, and tailor-make holidays worldwide, focusing on quality and detail above all.
- Provide exceptional customer service from first quote to welcome-home.
- Follow A&A Legacy Travel’s compliance standards (ABTA, ATOL, GDPR).
Who You Are
- Based in the UK with the legal right to work.
- Passionate about travel and creating meaningful experiences.
- Organised, proactive, and digitally confident.
- Experienced in travel or hospitality – or well-travelled personally.
- A strong communicator, motivated to learn and grow.
Mums, career-changers, and those returning to work are very welcome.

Commission & Structure
100% commission-based, self-employed collaboration.
Commission split:
- 50 / 50 for beginners (full training provided).
- 60 / 40 for consultants with some prior experience in the travel industry.
- 70 / 30 for experienced consultants with a strong background and proven performance.
Experienced consultants may start directly at 60 / 40 or 70 / 30, depending on their level of experience and initial performance review.
All leads generated directly by A&A Legacy Travel (through marketing, website, or fairs) remain at a 50 / 50 split.
No cash accepted – all client payments are processed securely via Hays Travel.
Consultants invoice monthly once supplier commissions are received.
Growth & Progression
At A&A Legacy Travel, we believe that effort and results should be rewarded.
Every consultant begins with full training and regular reviews every 3-6 months to recognise progress.
- Start at 50 / 50, receiving full training and support.
- Move to 60 / 40 with consistent performance and client growth.
- Reach 70 / 30 as an established, independent consultant – your long-term level.

Equipment & Work Setup
Consultants are responsible for providing their own working equipment, including a laptop or desktop computer, smartphone, and reliable internet connection suitable for professional use.
A&A Legacy Travel provides all system access, email setup, and digital tools required for quoting and booking.
This arrangement maintains the self-employed status and industry compliance under the Hays Travel Independence Group.
