Role Description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced General In-House Solicitor for a full-time position at our office in Croydon. You will handle a range of legal responsibilities, including property transactions, conveyancing, contract review, and addressing real estate matters. This role involves researching and advising on legal issues, preparing and reviewing contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and negotiating agreements. You will also support the team with legal guidance in areas such as labor and employment law, family-related legal issues, and disputes where necessary. This is an on-site role and offers a competitive salary range of £40,000 to £60,000 per annum.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Property Law, including Conveyancing and Commercial Real Estate
- Experience in Employment Law
- Familiarity with Family Law and handling related legal issues
- Strong contract negotiation, drafting, and regulatory compliance abilities
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with a current practicing certificate
