Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site In House Solicitor role based in Croydon. The solicitor will provide comprehensive legal support across the business, including advising on property acquisitions, disposals, and development projects, and drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and other legal documents. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing conveyancing matters, supporting commercial real estate transactions, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations. The role also involves handling labor and employment law issues related to the in-house workforce, advising on housing contracts with local authorities, and coordinating with external legal advisors when necessary. The solicitor will work closely with senior management and project teams to mitigate legal risks, support strategic decisions, and contribute to the company’s growth.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law, with qualification as a Solicitor in England and Wales and current practising certificate.
- Experience in Conveyancing, including residential and commercial property transactions.

- Understanding of Labor and Employment Law to support workforce-related matters and internal HR processes.
