We are currently recruiting Support Workers to join our agency team and support services across Peterhead- Aberdeen. These are excellent opportunities for experienced Support Workers looking for flexible agency work, with regular shifts available across community-based services.
The Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals within community settings, helping them to maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life. Typical shifts are 08:00am–20:00pm, providing the opportunity to secure regular daytime hours.

About You
We are looking for reliable and compassionate Support Workers who are confident working within community-based services. You should have:
- Previous experience working as a Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant or within a similar care environment

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a wider team
- A strong understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries
- Flexibility and reliability when accepting shifts
