We are currently recruiting Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to work agency shifts at a well-established care home in Watford. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced nurses looking for flexible agency work, with the ability to choose shifts that fit around your existing commitments.

The Role

As an Agency RGN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their health, wellbeing and dignity are maintained at all times. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing person-centred nursing care to residents
  • Administering and managing medication safely
  • Completing clinical assessments and maintaining accurate records
  • Monitoring residents' health and responding appropriately to changes in condition
  • Working collaboratively with care staff and other healthcare professionals
  • Supporting residents with complex care needs where required
  • Ensuring all care is delivered in line with relevant policies and professional standards

Requirements

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN/RN) with a valid NMC PIN
  • Previous experience working within a care home, nursing home or similar setting
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider care team
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
  • Right to work in the UK
