About the Role
We are currently recruiting experienced Senior Care Assistants to support a well-established care home in Eccles, East Suffolk. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to residents.
- Lead and support care teams during shifts, ensuring care plans are followed.
- Administer and record medication where appropriately trained and authorised.
- Monitor residents' wellbeing and report any changes or concerns promptly.
- Support with personal care, mobility, nutrition and hydration.
- Complete accurate care documentation and daily records.
- Promote residents' dignity, independence, choice and wellbeing.
- Assist with handovers and communicate effectively with colleagues, residents and families.
- Support junior care staff and provide guidance during shifts.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety and infection-control procedures.
