We are seeking agency RGNs for our well established clients based in Chichester. The suitable candidate will be working for us on behalf of one of the UK's largest residential, nursing, and dementia care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients/residents in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.
- Assess patient health needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient condition and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current registration and licensure in the United Kingdom.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Registered General Nurse, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a diverse team.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) certifications preferred.
