AA Euro Group are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager on behalf of an Irish Civils Contractor working on Large Scale Infrastructure Projects around West London/Slough area. The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of civil, drainage and groundworks packages across large-scale infrastructure projects. The Project Manager will oversee site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality, programme, and commercial standards. This is a long-term CIS position, 5+ years experience in a similar position is essential. Full UK driving license and full right to work in the UK are also essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of civil, drainage, groundworks, and associated packages
- Lead site teams including Engineers, Supervisors, and Operatives
- Plan and coordinate daily and weekly site activities
- Manage labour, plant, materials, and resources
- Monitor progress against project programmes and deadlines
- Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, specifications, and quality requirements
- Review and manage RAMS, permits, inspections, and quality documentation
- Oversee excavation, drainage installation, earthworks, ducting, chambers, and reinstatement works
- Resolve technical and operational issues on site
- Liaise with client representatives and principal contractor site teams
- Attend progress meetings and provide project updates
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, environmental, and quality compliance
- Support project reporting, variations, and commercial requirements
Qualifications
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- HNC/HND/Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred
- Temporary Works Coordinator desirable
