AA Euro Group is currently seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to join a leading civils and groundworks subcontractor delivering a major UK infrastructure project.

This is a long-term opportunity for a highly motivated construction professional with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale civil engineering and groundworks packages within complex infrastructure environments.

Working closely with the Project Director and senior leadership team, you will take responsibility for the safe, efficient, and profitable delivery of multiple workstreams, ensuring the highest standards of quality, programme performance, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of major civils and groundworks packages from commencement through to completion.

Manage site teams including Construction Managers, Site Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractors.

Ensure works are delivered safely in accordance with company policies, client requirements, and all relevant health and safety legislation.

Drive programme performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to maintain project milestones.

Monitor productivity, labour, plant, and material resources to maximise operational efficiency.

Oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring works are completed to specification and industry standards.
