AA Euro Healthcare is recruiting on behalf of a growing children's residential care provider seeking an experienced Responsible Individual (RI) to provide strategic leadership, governance and regulatory oversight across two children's residential services in Hertfordshire. The services will comprise:
- A 4-bed Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) children's home in Hoddesdon
- A 1-bed solo placement service in Broxbourne, providing highly individualised care and support for a young person

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Responsible Individual for the provider in accordance with Ofsted requirements.
- Provide strategic oversight and governance across both children's residential services.
- Work closely with the Registered Manager(s) to ensure effective operational management and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure services operate in accordance with the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations.
