We are seeking a dynamic Registered Manager to oversee two well-established homes supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) in Ilford and Bexley. About the Role
As Registered Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering safe, nurturing, and high-quality care that promotes the wellbeing and development of young people. - Ensuring full compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
- Recruiting, developing, and retaining a high-performing, passionate team
- Providing effective support for children and young people with EBD and complex needs

- Building strong working relationships with external professionals, families, and regulatory bodies

What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you will bring leadership experience, compassion, and a deep understanding of residential childcare. Essential criteria:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children’s home
- Proven ability to support and manage children with EBD and challenging behaviours
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Strong working knowledge of safeguarding, regulatory compliance, and care standards
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Full UK Driving License preferred; travel between Ilford & Bexley is required
