AA Euro Group are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a residential main contractor based in central London. This is a full-time permanent position working on a £40M residential development in Edgware.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience delivering large-scale residential construction projects valued at £50M
- Strong background in multi-unit residential developments
- Experience managing projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Excellent knowledge of UK construction regulations and building standards
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, logistics, and programme management
- Experience managing consultants, subcontractors, and external stakeholders
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness
Qualifications
- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline
- SMSTS certification
- CSCS Card
- First Aid qualification preferred
- Membership of CIOB, RICS, or equivalent professional body desirable
