AA Euro Group are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a residential main contractor based in central London, this is a full time permanent position working on a £40M residential development in Edgware.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience delivering large-scale residential construction projects valued at £50M
- Strong background in multi-unit residential developments.
- Experience managing projects from pre-construction through to completion.
- Excellent knowledge of UK construction regulations and building standards.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, logistics, and programme management.
- Experience managing consultants, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
Qualifications
- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline.
- SMSTS certification.
- CSCS Card.
- First Aid qualification preferred.
- Membership of CIOB, RICS, or equivalent professional body desirable.

Operational Actions
- Lead the day-to-day management of the £40m residential development.
- Manage construction programmes, sequencing, and delivery milestones.
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project budgets, variations, and cost reporting alongside the commercial team.
- Ensure health & safety compliance across all site activities.
- Chair project progress meetings and issue regular reports to senior management.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Oversee quality assurance, snagging, commissioning, and handover procedures.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and statutory bodies.
- Ensure delivery of the project on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
