AA Euro Group has been retained by its client to recruit Plant, Tool & Equipment Technicians for Hinkley Point C Nuclear Power Station Project! Are you an experienced Plant Technician ready for your next adventure? This is your chance to contribute to the construction of the UK’s first-ever 3rd generation nuclear power plant, shaping a sustainable future. Do you want to join one of Europe’s largest infrastructure projects at Hinkley Point C Nuclear Power Station? The Role * You will be joining a new team helping to effectively repair and manage on site owned plant, tools equipment for the MEH Alliance. * You will be responsible for overseeing and completing reactive and planned maintenance for all the plant, tools and Equipment (PTE) procured by the MEH Alliance on the HPC Project. * Ensure where possible all PTE requiring repair, maintenance and servicing is completest in the safest and most effective way possible * You will provide feedback on improvements to where PTE and be better managed throughout the project and offer advice on better products if clear effective improvement can be found. Job requirements: *Minimum Qualifications / Competencies: NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Plant Maintenance or Level 3 Diploma – Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (Q(phone number removed)) (Light Vehicles) (*Mandatory requirement) * Electrical and mechanical knowledge for larger plant items. * Experience maintaining small tools and plant including repair. * Understanding of LOLER and PUWER regulations. * Understanding of LEV, Welding and general calibration data and procedures for survey equipment. * Computer/IT Literate. * Knowledge of regulations and legislations regarding plant tools and equipment. * Must hold a full UK driving licence.
