This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in establishing a new service from the ground up, leading a dedicated team and creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive.
The Role As Registered Manager, you will have full operational responsibility for the home, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care while maintaining compliance with all Ofsted regulations and statutory requirements.
Responsibilities Lead the registration and opening of the new children s home.
Recruit, develop and lead a high-performing staff team.
Ensure outstanding safeguarding practices are embedded throughout the service.
