Support Workers – Hillingdon

We are recruiting experienced Support Workers to join a passionate team in Hillingdon, providing round-the-clock support across semi-independent homes for young people aged 16 to 25.
Requirements:
- Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care / Children & Young People
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a children's residential or semi-independent setting
- Full Right to Work in UK - NO SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE
Shift Patterns:
- Thursday & Friday: 24-hour shifts (9am–9am)
- Saturday & Sunday: 24-hour activity-focused shifts (9am–9am)
Rolling rota pattern. Resident Curfew is 11pm; residents do not have key access and must be accompanied when leaving.

- Unaccompanied asylum-seeking children
- Those escaping gang affiliation or County Lines exploitation
- Young people with low to moderate mental health needs, ADHD, or mild learning difficulties

- Young people who may already be in work, education, or training but still require structured support and safeguarding
