AA Euro Group are recruiting on behalf of a specialist steel contractor responsible for delivering and erecting structural steel on a flagship infrastructure project in the UK and Europe. The Site Administrator / Document Controller will be responsible for managing site documentation, ensuring compliance with project requirements, and supporting the site team with administrative duties. This role is crucial in maintaining efficient document control processes and facilitating smooth communication between site teams, clients, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: * Document Control: * Maintain and manage project documentation, ensuring all records are up to date and comply with HS2 and company standards. * Control the distribution of documents, drawings, and reports across project teams and stakeholders. * Use Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) to track and store documentation. * Site Administration: * Provide administrative support to site teams, including handling correspondence, meeting minutes, and reports. * Manage site records such as attendance, permits, and deliveries. * Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient communication. * Compliance & Quality Assurance: * Ensure all documentation follows HS2 contractual and compliance standards. * Assist in audits by providing accurate and well-organized documentation. * Support health and safety record-keeping and compliance reporting. * Stakeholder Coordination: * Act as a point of contact between the site team and head office for administrative matters. * Ensure timely and accurate flow of information between internal and external stakeholders. Key Requirements: * Previous experience in a Site Administrator / Document Controller role within the construction or infrastructure sector. * Familiarity with large-scale infrastructure projects (experience on HS2 or similar projects is a plus). * Proficiency in Electronic Document Management Systems (e.g., Aconex, Asite, Viewpoint, or similar). * Strong IT skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). * Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail. * Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced site environment. * Knowledge of health and safety procedures and construction site protocols
