Who We Are
We’re A7 Media—a fast-moving, creatively driven video production agency based near Derby. We produce bold, high-impact video content for clients across the UK and Europe, working across industries including: Construction, Fitness, Gastronomy, Education, Housing, Automotive. No two days (or shoots) are ever the same — and that’s exactly how we like it.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality short- and long-form video content
- Create content for websites, social media, YouTube, and digital campaigns
- Collaborate with in-house creatives — designers, editors, and photographers — to bring concepts to life
- Travel across the UK and Europe for on-site client filming
- Manage multiple projects, meeting tight deadlines without compromising on quality
- Stay current with emerging trends, formats, and best practices in video
- Bring creative energy to a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
We’re Looking for Someone Who…
- Has 1+ year of professional videography and editing experience
- Is confident shooting solo or as part of a small crew
- Understands storytelling, composition, lighting, and audio capture
- Has hands-on experience with camera operation (Sony preferred) and lighting setups
- Knows how to tailor content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and websites
- Is organised, self-motivated, and can juggle multiple deadlines and projects
- Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle
- Happy to relocate to the East Midlands where applicable
- Prepared to travel throughout the UK and into Europe; please be aware this job is not your average Monday to Friday 9-5 at times
- Has a genuine passion for creativity and continuous improvement
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience of operating Sony cameras, action cameras and drones
- Motion graphics (titles, lower thirds) to support editing flow
- Photography experience (Photoshop/Lightroom)
