Duties

  • Responsible for controlling the goods in and Out in a busy manufacturing facility.
  • Control and quality verification of goods to and from subcontractors and customers.
  • Acceptance and inventory control of raw materials and ancillary items.
  • Liaise with other team leaders and management daily to aid production flow and quality control.
  • Control of the issuing and completion of delivery and receipt documentation.
  • Movement of raw materials to the storage and manufacturing areas as required.
  • Daily Liaison with the company’s office administrators to verify output statistics and information.
  • Responsible for monthly raw material audits and information delivery to aid WIP flow.
  • Responsible for the housekeeping and Health & Safety of the company’s store’s area..

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills: a high level of verbal and written English is required.
  • The ability to work to timescales and organise & prioritise the store's team responsibilities.
  • Plenty of drive, energy, and determination.
  • Ability to use own initiative.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to help in other areas when required and a self-starter.
  • Experience in a Manufacturing background, ideally Engineering.
  • A current FLT licence would be distinctly advantageous.
  • Overtime work as and when required
